  • Daimore reserves the right to correct inaccuracies and cancel or refuse orders based on price or description errors. Product images and colors may vary due to screen settings.

6. Order Acceptance & Ownership

  • Placing an order doesn’t guarantee acceptance; we confirm via email or dispatch.

  • Products remain Daimore’s property until full payment is received. 

7. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in the applicable currency at checkout and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • International customers may incur customs duties and import fees which are their responsibility.

8. Delivery & Risk

  • We ship to the address you provide—PO Boxes may not be accepted.

  • Multiple packages may arrive separately; shipping fees won’t be charged twice.

  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery. 

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Check our separate Returns & Exchanges policy for eligibility and procedures.

  • In general, items must be unused, in original condition, and within timeframe to qualify. Jewelry and cosmetics may have special rules. 

  • Refunds are typically issued as store credit unless otherwise required by law.

10. Intellectual Property

All site content—text, graphics, logos, images—are owned or licensed by Daimore and protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Any unauthorized use is prohibited. 

11. Disclaimer & Liability

  • Our site and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 

  • Daimore is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use.

Our website may contain links to external sites. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in your jurisdiction within Pakistan.
