Daimore – Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange if the item is damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or the size doesn’t match your order.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all labels, tags, and accessories intact.

  • Jewelry, cosmetics, and fragrances are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene and quality assurance standards.

  • Innerwear is also non-returnable.

  • Sale or discounted items are only eligible for exchange in case of defect or wrong item/size delivered.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us within 5 days at returns@daimore.store with:

    • Your order number

    • Product name(s)

    • Reason for return/exchange

    • Clear photo or video proof of damage/defect (if applicable)

  2. After approval:

    • We may arrange a pickup or ask you to courier the product.

    • Products must be packed securely to avoid further damage.

  3. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Processing Time

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected at our facility, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

  • During busy seasons, processing may take up to 14 days.

5. Refunds & Credits

  • No cash refunds are issued.

  • For approved cases:

    • Exchanges will be processed if the item is in stock.

    • If not, a store credit (voucher) will be issued.

  • Store credit can be used for future purchases and is valid for a limited time (terms will be stated in the voucher).

6. International Orders

  • Returns and exchanges for international customers are generally not accepted.

  • In rare approved cases (e.g. defective item), you may return it at your cost, including any customs/duties.

  • Sale items delivered internationally are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

7. Customized & Made-to-Order Products

  • These items are non-returnable unless there is a clear mistake in size, stitching, or customization as per the original order.

  • Valid proof must be submitted, and Daimore will make best efforts to resolve the issue through correction or replacement.
