In select cases, especially for high-value transactions, we'll request additional verification to protect your identity and payment details from misuse 

3. 🧾 What We May Request

  • Government ID: A clear image of your national ID (CNIC or equivalent), front and back.

  • Payment Card Proof: A photo of your debit/credit card showing only:

    • Cardholder name

    • First 6 and last 4 digits of the card
      – Rest of the card must be obscured 

4. 🛡️ Privacy & Protection

  • All documents are handled securely, encrypted, and used solely for fraud prevention.

  • We do not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or share sensitive information.

  • Your trust and privacy are prioritized at Daimore.

5. ✅ When We Ask

Verification may be required if:

  • Your order exceeds a certain value

  • Your bank flags the transaction as unusual

  • There’s a billing/shipping address discrepancy

  • Or if any red flags arise during processing

6. 📲 How We Conduct Verification

  • You’ll receive an email or message from fraud@daimore.com

  • Upload documents via our secure portal — or

  • Share via encrypted WhatsApp or phone under our instruction

7. ⏳ What Happens Next

  • Verification is typically completed within 1–2 business days.

  • If approved, your order proceeds without delay.

  • If declined, we'll guide you through alternative payment methods or cancel the order with a full refund.
